At Volt Connect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your computer monitor, we offer the following return and refund options.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Products must be returned in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged (unless defective).

2. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@voltconnectrati.net or call (770) 830-1933 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned product. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error made by us.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products and offer a replacement or full refund.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions.
  • Gift cards.
