We currently offer shipping within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day (available for select locations)
Please note that shipping times may vary based on the delivery address and availability of products.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight of the items in your order. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipmentâs progress.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. Volt Connect Rati is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also cannot ship to certain remote locations. If your address falls under any restrictions, you will be notified at checkout.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or if you suspect it has been lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@voltconnectrati.net within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
